PremierComm has a unique opportunity to rapidly grow our support team with multiple positions open. The ideal team members will have experience supporting multiple technologies and an expert in one of the following areas: Microsoft Servers, PC/MAC Desktop Support, IP Networking, Server Virtualization, Data Center, Security, & Wireless technologies.
We are looking for an NOC Engineer that will triage proactive alerts, regular maintenance, and customer calls for support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, configuration updates, OS and 3rd party software updates, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to other engineers for support as needed.
Other job functions of the NOC Engineer:
- Utilize PremierComm’s RMM tools to proactive resolve issues before they disrupt business for our clients.
- Escalate issues to vendor/applications support or call for outside vendor maintenance as needed.
- Gather and analyze information about the user’s issue and determine the best way to resolve their problem and may also provide support for identified issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.
- Work in the field as needed to assist in Project Delivery or Onsite Dispatch for service tickets or project tickets.
